This site is operated by REnewed Homes a private Company operating out of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. REnewed Homes is not a licensed realty agency, nor are we affiliated with any realty or investment firms. We are in the business of buying, selling and leasing homes with the use of private investor and banking institution capital, creating win-win situations for all parties.

Real estate is not a suitable investment for everyone. Real estate investing has risks involved with it and there are no guarantees that it will rise in value. In fact the values can drop.

We are not investment or financial advisors. All prospective investors are advised to check with their financial advisor and/or a lawyer before investing in real estate with us or others.

You can lose money on all investments. We like real estate as it is a hard asset that has a potential to be sold to minimize a loss.

At REnewed Homes we recognize that all personal information is private and confidential. We respect your rights regarding the protection of your personal information. We detest spam and do not use your information for any reason other than the aforementioned services.

REnewed Homes will only collect, use and disclose your information for the purpose of providing you with our products or services but only after you have requested products or services from us. We will only collect this information for the identified purposes. During the course of providing services we may disclose some of your information to reliable third parties but only for the purpose of working with you.

All parties we may deal with are responsible to us to ensure the privacy of your personal information.

REnewed Homes acknowledges the importance and necessity of safeguarding the private and confidential information belonging to our clients. We will only use client information for the purposes identified either before or at the time of collection. We will only use client information for identified purposes and if the information is required for any new use, and will take the necessary steps in order to seek additional consent. Consent may be expressed in writing, orally or may be implied directly by yourself or your authorized representative.

REnewed Homes will only retain personal information for as long as needed in order to satisfy the stated purposes identified when the information was collected. If it is deemed that an individual's personal information is no longer required, we will take the necessary measures to destroy, dispose, or erase the information in a manner that will ensure that information cannot be found or used by an unauthorized party.

If an error or discrepancy is found in your personal information, we will act efficiently (in less than thirty days) to correct the mistake. An extension will only be applied if the request will unreasonably interfere with our business affairs.

We may, from time to time, collect traffic information regarding users' sessions while the users remain anonymous to permit statistical analyses of users' behaviour (for the purpose of improving the design of the website). Only aggregated data from these analyses, not individual data, will be used for this purpose. WCLC will not seek to match IP addresses to identifiable individuals, unless we are required by law to do so or we are investigating detected or suspected security breaches or other illegal behaviour, and we need to do so in order to carry out the investigation.

With respect to communicating with us over the Internet, although Renewed Homes takes steps to prevent unauthorized access to the information maintained by us please note that Internet communications are not absolutely secure and accordingly we cannot guarantee that the information you send to us will not be intercepted, collected and misused by others without your consent.
